Summary: Room was comfortable and clean. Great location downtown. Parking could be difficult.

Summary: The room was cold. There were two thermostats, one I could change and the other I couldn't. Didn't seem to make a difference. The fan or whatever it was in the ceiling kept blowing cool air. I sat on the couch with the blanket and my jacket over me. It would be nice to have some kind of list of TV channels. Almost everything I chose said to sign up for a free trial. I finally found a station I could get and just kept it on that all evening. There was no body wash. And I mean none. Couldn't even get a drop out of it. And having to pay $25 to park in that little dumpy area is ridiculous. They should be paying us to park there!

Summary: It was a beautiful room. We didn't have a problem navigating the smart features. Getting in and out wasn't a problem. Parking was a bit of a trick as I am in a wheelchair. Again, we figured it out. We will definitely consider The Intrepid again. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Summary: Had a nice spacious one bedroom suite with the Lakeview. It was nicely decorated and clean. There was an issue with the touchpad entering the building. It took several minutes just to get in the building. Other than that, everything was good.
